Workplace Challenges

It's great when your job is fulfilling and satisfies your interests and your financial, professional and social needs.  However, today's competitive workplaces can sometimes trigger emotional distress.  For example, from juggling competing or unreasonable demands; navigating office politics; stress and burnout;  challenging working relationships; being overlooked for promotion; being bullied or feeling at risk of losing your job can all leave a person feeling overwhelmed, inadequate, defeated and even traumatised.

My many years experience with responsibility for people in a range of workplace environments has enriched my understanding of how workplaces can affect people, for better or for worse, and most importantly, how to help individuals work through and grow from challenging situations.
