Initial Contact
Initial contact via a telephone conversation is free, usually around 10 to 15 minutes.

First Session
The first therapeutic session, up to 1 hour, is largely exploratory so the client can decide whether they feel comfortable and wish to continue working with me in a therapeutic relationship. It is thus charged at a reduced fee.

Regular Session
A regular therapeutic session, up to 1 hour, is charged at a standard fee of £50. A session fee is required to be paid on the day of the session.
