Bouncing back from a difficult, painful or adverse experience can be aided by deep self-reflection upon matters which are sometimes not immediately obvious. I work with what you bring to each session by listening, being curious, asking questions and gently challenging you to help you identify meaning from your unique experiences. My therapeutic approach hopes to trigger light-bulb moments of awareness for you to help nurture your unique bounce-back journey and to grow your resilience for current and future challenges.
